If you have received a referral from your GP, contact us.
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $87 per session for up to 20 sessions on a Mental Health Plan. To access this scheme, please make an appointment with your GP to discuss your psychological needs and eligibility for a MHP. She/he may provide you with a MHP referral. Please arrange for your GP clinic to fax that referral to us directly on 03 8609 1753 or email to Reception@sageconsult.com.au.
If you have private health insurance, please contact that provider to determine if psychology services are included for rebate.

All fees must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We will process any Medicare claims and email you a receipt for your payment.
Your appointment, once made, is held specifically for you. For patients with casual appointment times, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to avoid full Late Cancellation Fees.
For patients in a weekly or fortnightly therapy, 7 days notice is required for cancellation of a session to avoid the full session fee.
Cancellation by text message is unacceptable and does not constitute an agreement to cancel. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must telephone or email Louise.
